Esteban A. Aguilar, Jr.

Esteban "Steve" A. Aguilar, Jr. is an attorney with Aguilar & Aguilar, P.C. practicing personal injury law, dental and medical malpractice, and general civil litigation. 

Born in Albuquerque, Mr. Aguilar has strong connections to New Mexico.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aguilar attended the University of New Mexico, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism.  He then attended University of New Mexico School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Aguilar is admitted to practice law in all state courts of New Mexico.  He also belongs to several professional law associations, including the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association & Foundation.

Ortiz v. Shaw, 2008-NMCA-136, 193 P3D 605, filed in August 21, 2008, is a medical malpractice case where Mr. Aguilar represented parents of a minor child who had undergone a dental procedure by the defendant, who was a dentist.
